Halloween is coming, this is a fact! The calendar turned to the end of October and that means we are just one week far from THE BIG DAY and from celebrating that spooky lovely tradition. So, why don’t you start thinking about it and decorate your blog and your classroom with some Halloween ideas?
This is the first one. I’ve taken from El perro de papel the fantastic markers you’ll see along the post. Believe me, they couldn’t be better!!!! And you also can try to do them bigger and make some decorations for your noticeboards.
Halloween cards: Really? Cards? Absolutely yes!!! They are simply fantastic and children enjoy when decorating. And, as teachers, we can introduce some short writings related with Halloween, wishing all the best for the night. Remember to include in your writings the most famous chant in the world:
“TRICK OR TREAT”
Here I show you an example of card/candies bag from Press Print Party and they all are super frightening!!!. You can do the models to do your own Halloween cards, or if you celebrate a trick or treat party at school, to create your bags. Here you have the examples:
Halloween bookmarks: Ohhhh I love bookmarks in all their different ways! They are always incredibly fantastic and if we are talking about halloween bookmarks, they can simply be, #spooktacular!!!! I really think imagination here plays an important role, you can create tons of bookmarks but if your mind is stucked with all your school stuff, don’t worry because here I have collected some ideas from different sites. Take note and enjoy!
From Easy Peasy and Fun I have saved this adorably spooky DIY bat corner bookmark.
You can follow the instructions on their site and create it at home or at school! For sure, you will have a nice time doing it!
And from Chink-n-scrap look what you can do! Aren’t they perfect for your books?
I think with all that info we can start preparing our Halloween crafts with our pupils. Hope you really enjoy doing them and don’t forget to say Trick or treat!!!!
See you soon!!
